Can I withdraw money from my Fixed Deposit Account?
Fixed Term Deposit Accounts have fixed interest rates and fixed terms so you cannot withdraw money from your account until the end of the term.

You should only save money in Fixed Term Deposit Accounts if you are not going to need it for a period of time. However, we recognise that circumstances can change.

If, in an emergency, you need access to your savings, please contact us and we will discuss all the options with you. At the end of the term you may choose to have your deposit reinvested in another Fixed Deposit Account, transferred to any other Account we offer or repaid to you.

You can give your instructions at the time the Account is opened or let us know up to 48 hours before the Account matures.
