How do I keep track of my Account?
Statements
To keep you fully informed of the status of your account, you will normally
receive a statement every six months. Where transactions have been made,
a monthly statement will be issued. Statements will include the interest
rate currently being applied. You will receive notification of changes to interest rates on your account.
We will issue deposit confirmations when a Fixed Deposit Account is opened
and/or renewed.
You should keep all statements and deposit confirmations
as they contain information which the tax authorities may need.
