Yes – providing that a Woolwich Guernsey Third Party Authority Form has been completed and the identity of the person you nominate has been verified. Please telephone us for a Form.

This authority allows your nominee to operate your Account, but withdrawals will only be paid to you, your Stockbroker or your Solicitor (supporting documents required). This authority will become invalid on your death.

We are unable to accept Power of Attorney Documents issued outside Guernsey.
