If your Account is held in your sole name, your Executors will need to obtain Grant of Probate through the Guernsey Ecclesiastical Court. The Court will charge for this service.
If you are a joint Account holder, we will transfer the Account to the surviving Account holder(s), once we have received a certified copy of the death certificate.
