This page has been designed to enable the downloading and printing of our common forms in Portable Data Format (PDF). This requires the use of the Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded from here. Simply follow the instructions and ensure that you get the appropriate version for your operating system. Woolwich Guernsey products are subject to availability and it is important that you read the terms and conditions associated with any account before printing any forms and applying. You should note that all account transactions must be made directly with Woolwich Guernsey, as no deposits or withdrawals can be made via a Woolwich UK or Barclays branch office.

Printing Forms
Once you have the reader software, if you are using Internet Explorer click the required image and then the Print button in the Acrobat Window. If you are using Netscape, click the image, choose Open it and then click File and then Print in the Acrobat Window menu.

Saving Forms to print off-line
If you are using Internet Explorer, Right click the form and select Save Target as.... If you are using Netscape, Right click the form and select Save Link as.... Select an appropriate folder on your machine and the file will be downloaded to your machine and saved for printing again as required.
